These terms apply to all purchases made through artistrybyray.co.uk, operated by Raymond Perrett trading as Artistry by Ray.
By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Your Order
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This is acknowledgement that we have received your order, not acceptance of it. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We are not currently VAT registered. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All artwork on this site is the original work of Ray Perrett. All rights are owned by Studio Artistry by Ray. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied or distributed without written permission.
Consumer Rights
As a UK consumer you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These terms do not affect those rights.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
