All orders are dispatched from the UK by Raymond Perrett, trading as Artistry by Ray.

Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas this may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed.

Royal Mail 1st Class typically delivers within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch, though this is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
