Delivery

All orders are dispatched from Bristol by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Cards and sets are sent as large letters and typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch. Wall art prints are sent as small parcels.

We aim to dispatch within 2 to 3 working days of your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value. Orders over £25 qualify for free UK delivery.

We ship to the UK only. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us at hello@artistrybyray.co.uk

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged or is not right, please contact us at orders@artistrybyray.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
